Commission Structure:

• Sales partners will earn a 50% monthly commission on the total revenue from each referred restaurant or hotel.
• The commission will be paid monthly, provided that the referred business is active and has no outstanding dues.

Commission Payment Terms:

• Payments will be processed on the 10th of every month.
• If a referred business cancels its subscription, commission payouts will be discontinued.
• In case of a billing dispute, commissions for the affected account(s) will be withheld until resolved.

Modifications to Commission:

• Q2O reserves the right to modify the commission percentage or structure at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email to all active partners.
• Continued participation after the notification period will imply acceptance of the new terms.

Partner Responsibilities:

• Ensure all information provided about Q2O is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a professional and ethical approach when dealing with potential clients.
• Refrain from making unauthorized changes or statements about Q2O services.

Termination:

• Q2O reserves the right to terminate any partner’s agreement if the partner is found violating the terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Partners will be notified of termination in writing, and all commissions will be forfeited.
